There are many cases where you need to
restart your pc for an action to take place
like installing software, Drives Etc. , you
can skip all this steps.
In order to do this,
When you click SHUTDOWN button, make
sure you press SHIFT Button also.
If you hold the Shift key down while
clicking on SHUTDOWN button,
windows would restart without restarting
the Computer.
This is equivalent to term "HOT REBOOT".
Which means to restart all the services of
windows without restarting your machine.
